What is SILVERGLASS 70 and why is it recommended for Australia?

SILVERGLASS 70 is a high-performance glazing with a magnetron-sputtered silver coating. It reflects up to 63% of solar heat while still letting through around 70% of natural light, so rooms stay cool in summer and comfortable in winter. It reaches Ug ≈ 1.0 W/m²K (double) or 0.6 W/m²K (triple) with Rw up to 40 dB, making it ideal for AU/NZ climates — hot sun, coastal glare and higher noise levels.
